Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Tabletop RPG Music , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Tabletop RPG Music:

  1. Background images for tracks: Background images for tracks may not have text alternatives because The background images for the tracks are just for aesthetic rather than having any functional value beyond giving a quick indication of the vibe of a track, which is generally also given by the track title and tags. I will await any feedback on this to see whether specific text alternatives for artwork is needed to help with accessibility. Use the track titles and tags to get get the feel of a track, or send me feedback if that is not enough.

  2. Audio tracks: Audio tracks may not have text alternatives because The website is specifically designed for those that use music in their tabletop games, which makes it unlikely anyone who cannot hear the audio would wish to use the website, therefore I haven't deemed in nessessary to include text alternatives for audio files (though the track title and tags do sort of fulfil this purpose). I will await any feedback on this to see whether specific text alternatives for tracks is needed to help with accessibility. Use the track titles and tags to get get the feel of a track, or send me feedback if that is not enough.
